What Do You Actually Do?

Good question!

I get asked this all the time - people sometimes think they could do with a hand but can't think of the specific tasks or know exactly what I can help with.

Here are some examples:

  • Input business income and expenditure into a spreadsheet or accounting software

  • Organise, flag and label emails into categories - getting rid of junk while I'm at it!

  • Manage a diary or appointment book

  • Maintain customer records or a mailing list

  • Research and book travel and accommodation

  • Upload items to a website

  • Support with scheduling social media posts and managing messages

  • Transferring paper records into digital

  • Form filling

  • Researching suppliers

  • Paying bills and invoicing

  • Assistance to research and organise small events

  • Email, phone calls and letter writing

    Again as I have said before, these lists are not exhaustive, lives and businesses are all unique and have different needs.
