What Do You Actually Do?
Good question!
I get asked this all the time - people sometimes think they could do with a hand but can't think of the specific tasks or know exactly what I can help with.
Here are some examples:
Input business income and expenditure into a spreadsheet or accounting software
Organise, flag and label emails into categories - getting rid of junk while I'm at it!
Manage a diary or appointment book
Maintain customer records or a mailing list
Research and book travel and accommodation
Upload items to a website
Support with scheduling social media posts and managing messages
Transferring paper records into digital
Form filling
Researching suppliers
Paying bills and invoicing
Assistance to research and organise small events
Email, phone calls and letter writing
Again as I have said before, these lists are not exhaustive, lives and businesses are all unique and have different needs.
